General Development was a tough, but managable thing that we got through over time. Once we got our groups, we set on trying to figure out what kind of game we were going for- which, by the end of the class we were in, decided that it'd be sort of like Dead by Daylight- 1 monster character versus survivors. We brainstormed a bunch of horror ideas before Cecil said that he wanted to do something a bit more comedic, which is where we came up with the idea for Chilly, the large pink ice-cream robot.

There, of course, was the limitation that they all had to be on the same computer, but we didn't mind that. The whole point of this was to have it so that the 2 players would share their screen with 1 another, while the monster itself had it's own one, already giving it a significant advantage. We wanted to make the game strategic in a way that it could be played more than once, even on the same map- and the abilities served to spice things up too for both sides. Of course, we did have a lot of difficulty making the game considering we were all 12 hours away from each other and certain other circumstances that came up. But we managed to pull through till the end with this game.

We hope you enjoy!

Here are our documents where we worked on things, general milestones, and also some general notes we'd gone through from beginning to end.
